    Cocteau’s Beauty and the Beast (1946) is one of the most magical movies I’ve ever seen. His creativity could not be contained even during a rest at a friend’s villa on the Riveria. I love that.

      yes yes! i saw that at bleeker st cinema when i was 18. remember the hands coming out of the walls -living coat hooks ! those images really endure.

      yeah i could live in that villa.
