    Fwiw… I’d guess any type of vigorous exercise will help depression. Dance classes or hiking or ____ probably work just as well. If people like to run, great. But I don’t think it’s better for you than anything else. Though I could be wrong! I just think people should enjoy their exercise… though then, do we have to call it something else?
